How Do Businesses In Texas Make It To This List?
A company cannot purchase the recognition of being nominated as a Texas Top Business. Buying positions on listings may be a practice other companies follow, but not Texas Top Businesses. Instead, businesses that we consider must be submitted and approved before qualifying for this award. Each business that is submitted is carefully researched for consideration before they can receive the stamp of approval from us. Their facilities are toured if they are a business with a storefront or office location, their staff is interviewed, their services and/or products are tried and experienced by our team, and testimonies from customers are reviewed. In the end, if a business passes our demanding requirements, you can feel confident that you are taking your business to a reputable and highly recommended leader in the industry.
In addition to our own strict guidelines, this system also allows customers and clients to vote each time they order and receive a service or a product from any of the listed companies. If any of the Texas Top Businesses listed here lower their standards and their performance level is no longer considered the highest, it will be reflected in their ranking (the number of stars given by their customers). Companies with 4 stars will be warned. Companies with less than 4 stars will not meet our criteria and will be delisted.
